Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your motocross gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium motocross gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for protective gear)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adult Compression Gear
  • Adult Socks
  • Adult Knee Brace Socks
  • Any used protective gear (helmets, body armor, etc.)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item(s) to return: [Product Name, Size, Color]
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify product if exchanging)]
  • Your full return address

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates.
