Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for protective gear)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For your safety and ours, certain items marked below cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Adult Compression Gear
- Adult Socks
- Adult Knee Brace Socks
- Any used protective gear (helmets, body armor, etc.)
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (or use our template below):

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
